We are grateful to service over 2000 retail customers in the beverage alcohol segment. At Allan S. Goodman, we take great pride in working with our customers to promote the safe and responsible consumption of the products that we sell. Many of our customers are multi-generation local businesses and we want to work hard to succeed alongside our customers. Many of the products that we offer can be purchased by our direct competitors. Our strategy to win-over our customers from our formidable competition is as follows:
- Recruit and hire a diverse group of qualified candidates based on appropriate “fit” for a specific role.
- Continually educate our employees with product knowledge, selling skills, information technology, and general business knowledge.
- Coach and manage our employees to provide excellent customer service, superior product knowledge, and a collaborative approach to "building our businesses together" with our customers and suppliers.
- Foster a safe and respectful work environment built on long-term relationships and trust.
- Work hard everyday to help provide products that will enhance the social occasions and interactions of our Connecticut consumer base and folks visiting our great State!
