Customer Service Department

Our Allan S. Goodman customer service representatives (CSR’s) are friendly, helpful, and look forward to hearing from our customers!  Everyone in the Customer Service Department handles additional duties such as Credits, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, HR & Payroll, Graphic Design, Excise Tax reporting, etc.  Each CSR has a dual-screen work station to provide real-time information regarding, inventory, pricing and discounts, purchasing history, and estimated delivery times.  Each Customer Service Representative will gladly assist any customer requests and questions.   Every phone call to Allan S. Goodman is answered with a smile and we are happy to take your order or assist in any way that we can!
